Happy 50th Anniversary!

My parents celebrated their 50th Anniversary this month!  Wow!  That's so awesome!  I love my parents so much and am so thankful for the example they set for me of what a marriage should be. 

My brother and sisters and families all went to visit them the weekend after their anniversary and had a little party for them.

The Flamingo Fairy came and decorated their yard with all those red hearts.

Danny cooked yummy gumbo and then we had cake.  We made sure to get pictures of Mama and Daddy cutting the cake and feeding it to each other like they did 50 years ago at their wedding.  So sweet!

It was all a surprise and they were so happy.  That was a weekend I'll always remember.

Happy Halloween

I'm disappointed I can't get my picture of Andy with Katie on here, but it keeps uploading sideways.  :(

After trick or treating Katie helped hand out candy at our house.  The video is dark so you can't see much, but I had to put it on here.  I love how she says "Happy Halloween" then gives the trick or treaters candy.

Celina Pumpkin Patch

Andy wasn't able to make it to the Flower Mound Pumpkin Patch with us so we went to the Celina Pumpkin Patch the day before Halloween.  It was a perfect day for it too.  Nice and cool and not crowded at all!

Lillie's Birthday Party

Hooray! Katie's friend, Lillie turned 2! We had fun at her "Barnyard Bash"!

She got to use her new ladybug umbrella.

Safety Town Trick or Treating

The weekend before Halloween we went trick or treating at Safety Town.  I didn't get many pictures because while waiting in the hour+ line to get in, it downpoured on us a couple of times.  We had fun anyway "practicing" trick or treating at Safety Town. 

Costume #1: She LOVED the bunny costume, but after putting it on with her tennis shoes, it was just a tiny bit too small.  Cute, but I got a new one that week before Halloween.
