Grisham Farms

This week Katie and I met up with friends at Grisham Farms petting farm.  What a fun experience it was for Katie.  First, we got to see and pet lots of small animals including a guinea pig, rabbit, hedgehog, farret, tortoise, and several different kids of reptiles (bearded dragon, blue tongued lizzard, and some other animals I can't remember.)  Katie loved petting the animals, especially the furry guinea pig and the rabbit!

She tried to grab the guinea pig so I helped her pet that one.

bearded dragon- She kept saying "Hi dragon."

hedgehog

blue tongued lizzard- He kept sticking his blue tongue out like a snake.

Cute bunny rabbit.  We could've taken this one home with us.

Can't remember what this one was...

After seeing the small animals, we got to feed the big animals... sheep, goats, pigs, a pony and a horse.  Katie was very interested in these animals but was a little scared of them.  After all, they were bigger than she was and kind of loud when they "talked".

Before we went home, we played on their playground for a little while.  A simple playground, but again new experiences... her 1st see saw, 1st hammock, and cute horse tire swing.
